Mitrxxx the Mad Scientist
The MITRXXX Era has begun... Innovation comes in many forms. One of its various shapes resides in the mind of Mitrxxx the Mad Scientist. As stated in the name, Mitrxxx's daring style of production, endless hours in the lab, and mind-blowing sound selections, mimics one of a mad scientist in his laboratory. His experiments landed him production work for Bobby Valentino, Lil Scrappy, Lil Wayne, Kandi, Rasheeda, Yung Berg, Lloyd, David Banner, Jazze Pha, The Dream, and many more! Originally a rapper/songwriter, what started off as a hobby, due to lack of beats and studio accessibility, eventually became a passion in disguise, one that would forever alter the path of Mitrxxx's musical journey. His versatility comes from his receptive ear to all genres: from Hip-Hop, to Ethnic music, from Drum and Bass, to Pop, he is determined do it all.
The young producer, views himself as a "leader of the new world of music." He further states, "I strive to make music that will stand the test of time." His skills involve songwriting, engineering, arrangement, composition, sound design, live instrumentation, and creativity. Just like any path to success, his musical steps began at an early age. In the 4th grade, he wrote his first song, which was performed in front of the entire school. Becoming more involved in the arts, Mitrxxx joined choir and other extracurricular art/writing programs. As his hunger for music grew, he started to gain interest in hip-hop production. At the age 15, he earned enough money from his summer earnings, and purchased his first drum machine, a DR-202 Dr. Groovebox. He wasted no time and began doing production work for local artists, which in turn generated buzz.
He eventually would contribute to the launch of Plagued Out Productionz, which dropped classics such as "Street Collection v.1", "The U Re-Mixtape", and "U Wanna Autograph", which in turn gained regional noise. To further pursue his craft for music, in 2004 he relocated to Dallas, Texas, where he attended Dallas Soundlabs Media Tech Institute. In 2006, he received an Associate's Degree in Audio Engineering and also received numerous certificates of recognition for his production work. Mitrxxx first official placement was for Bobby Valentino's "Special Occasion: Limited Edition. " He states, "From that moment forth, I knew my goal to gain access into the music industry was no longer a dream." He continues to work day in and day out, tweaking and formulating new sounds, to assure his lead amongst the pack of copycat producers. Mitrxxx aspires to be one of the leading names of music production and sound. With goals of dabbing into different genres and television/movie scoring, the eyes are to the sky for this young, fresh, new producer. Are you ready....
