Artist Q&A:
1.) How did you first hear about Open Labs?
When I first started getting interested in production, I did some searches on youtube and came across Mysto and Pizzi another group of producers who used Open Labs products. I was very intrigued and did some research on Open Labs.
2.) How has the NeKo changed your method of work?
Being able to set up in such a quick and efficient time has given me more time to focus on the music. The Portability of the NeKo has allowed me to be able to make music anywhere with a power outlet.
3.) How have you integrated the NeKo into your current studio setting?
The NeKo is my studio. Its my primary work tool that allows me to make, edit, and mix music.
4.) What is your NeKo's primary function?
The NeKo's primary function is music production. I use it to write and edit music.
5.) What is your favorite software on the NeKo? How do you use it?
The NeKo is great because it allows me to use any type of PC software whether I'm composing, writing music for television, or producing for artists.
6.)Which kind of keyboard have you owned in the past and how do they compare to your NeKo?
I've owned various keyboards and they do not even compare to the NeKo. Being able to perform and produce with the NeKo definitely puts it at the top of all keyboards out there on the market.
7.) How different is the composition process compared to the standard computer or laptop system?
The process itself is the same due to the software and sequencers I use but the NeKo's portability itself easily surpasses any other setup. Also being able to have all the knobs and faders and QWERTY keyboard make the NeKo a top choice product.
8.) Do you have any music produced on your NeKo that is in current rotation on radio, TV, or film?
At the moment, no. I'm working on a few projects that will soon be heard on television and radio.
9.) Do you think the quality of your production now would be possible with another keyboard?
Definitely not.

I'm working with many new artists in the industry and is in contact with a few artists for production. You will find out very soon!
11.) Have you had any experience with our Tech Support and how does it rate with you?
Tech Support is great. I was able to speak to Ed Rhone and have him walk me through the NeKo's features while on the phone with him. When I had some trouble shooting issues, Tech Support was able to log into my NeKo via the internet and fix the problem.
