Gold Services
Open Labs Gold Service provides additional basic service and support features for your Open Labs hardware and software products during the term of your Gold Service Contract. Gold Service is available on Open Labs GEN5, DBeat™, and SoundSlate™ products. We have created Gold Service for customers who only need basic support and service extension for their Open Labs products.
The GEN5 "E-Series", the DBeat™, and the new SoundSlate™ products include 1 Year of Open Labs Gold Service. Gold Service upgrade options are available for years 2 & 3.
Gold Service upgrades are also available for the new GEN5 "L-Series" products for years 2 & 3.

Limited Hardware Warranty
Year 1 of Gold Service on your Open Labs system is in addition to Open Labs standard 1 year limited hardware warranty. If you purchase the Gold Service Year 2 & 3 upgrade option, it also includes a limited hardware warranty for the term length of the Gold Service contract.
Standard Technical Support plus Telephone Support in Years 2 & 3
When you purchase your Open Labs hardware new with Gold Service, your hardware also includes Open Labs 1 Year Standard Technical Support Services. If you purchase the Gold Service Year 2 & 3 upgrade option, it also includes Open Labs Standard Technical Support services plus telephone based technical support for Years 2 & 3.
Open Labs will provide direct access to an Open Labs technical support specialist via phone, email, remote session, or forum support for Open Labs hardware, factory installed software, and factory authorized installed software issues only. Support will be provided during normal technical support hours of operation Monday – Friday between 10:00am – 7:00pm CST. Technical support is available to the original Owner/Buyer of the new Open Labs hardware product for the term length of the Gold Service contract.
Gold Service does not provide support for “how to & usage questions” on your Open Labs hardware and software or support for non factory installed 3rd party software. To obtain support for these items, you must upgrade the level of service on your hardware product to Platinum Service. 1 Hour “Get to Know Your Open Labs System Training”
To assist you in getting up and running quickly, Open Labs will provide you with 1 hour of Get to Know Your Open Labs System Training by one of our technical support specialists using phone, web, and remote access. You will need to contact Open Labs technical support to schedule your training session in advance. This one-time service is only available during year 1 of your Open Labs hardware product. The remote access training requires that the customer have high-speed internet connection with their Open Labs hardware product.
