Recorder Wins Famecast NeKo Contest

Austin, TX - Super producer duo The Heavy Weights have selected Recorder as the winner of the Famecast contest to win a NeKo keyboard production station, valued at $6,000 and courtesy of Open Labs. Here's what The Heavy Weights had to say about their selection:

"Open Labs NeKo and MiKo Workstations have many features that would compliment any artist of any genre, but for the sake of utilizing a Neko to its fullest potential, we have chosen the winner in the Electronic genre, Recorder.

We believe that they would find the NeKo to be an interesting solution to the problems that face musicians in electronic genres. We found their performances to be quite hilarious and entertaining (which is what this is all about enjoying music). Recorder's production style would be complemented greatly with an Open Labs NeKo.

We would also like to say congratulations to the winners of all of the other genres and to encourage all the contestants to keep doing what they love and to keep up the good music. Thank you again to Open Labs for the opportunity to give away such an awesome piece!"
