Open Labs Go to the Pro (GTTP) program offers prospective customers an opportunity to have live demonstrations of Open Labs products by Pro users. Open Labs Go to the Pro ‘Pros’ are not employed by Open Labs, Inc. and are not agents or representatives of Open Labs they do not sell Open Labs equipment, cannot make any obligations on behalf of Open Labs. They are independent Pro users of Open Labs products that want to share their experience with others. The Open Labs Go To The Pro program was designed to offer potential customers a ‘hands-on,’ ‘in-person,’ ‘test drive’ of Open Labs products and communicate directly with pro users about how they use their Open Labs equipment. Open Labs Inc. is not legally responsible for any action, performance, representation or other behavior and or conduct by a Go to the Pro ‘Pro.’ All demonstrations are coordinated by an Open Labs representative to try to match you with a Pro. Please be respectful of their time and efforts to assist you. If you have any complaints about the Pro to which you were assigned please feel free to tell us directly by sending an email to our Go to the Pro department leaving a phone number where you can be called by an Open Labs representative.
