Open Labs Reaper Template
Simple Beat 1 (right click and save)
1. Download "Simple Beat 1.RPP" to your machine. (Keep in mind the download location)
2. Open REAPER
3. Goto File > Open Project and browse to where you stored "Simple Beat 1.RPP" and open it
4. Immediately save this as a project template buy going to File > Project Template and select the top option "Save as template." This will always give you a good starting point.
5. Record some music, goto File > "Save Project as." Don't record over your Project template.
